Job Title: Skilled Tradesperson/Multiskilled Tradesperson
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Tradesperson/Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our team. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of tasks necessary for residential remodel projects. The role requires a strong understanding of multiple trades and the ability to take on a variety of project responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism and flexibility, with a willingness to contribute to all aspects of the job, from rough-in construction to finishing details.
We are primarily looking to hire a multi-skilled tradesperson as part of our team, but we’re also open to working with the right candidate as an independent contractor if that arrangement is a better fit.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of construction and remodeling tasks, including demo, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and finishing work.

Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.

Assist with sourcing, picking up, and delivering materials to the job site as needed.

Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions across multiple trades to keep projects moving forward.

Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business, stepping into different roles as required on various projects.

Competitive pay rate based on skills and experience ($25–$40/hr range).

Qualifications:

Experience working in the remodeling and construction industry.

Proven experience and competency in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, general construction).
